Google Science Fair 2017???

Hey y’all, has anyone heard about the Google Science Fair 2017? Is that even a thing this year (I’d think so, it seems pretty prestigious to me)? Last year, the registration was open from mid-February to mid-May, but it seems that the website (https://www.googlesciencefair.com/en/) hasn’t been updated for the 2017 cycle. The only other place I could find any info about this year’s fair is at this link,

This just seems a little weird to me. Has anyone else heard anything yet? Help!

I was also wondering the same thing. I was hoping to submit my research project to it but I cannot seem to find any information about Google Science Fair 2017 online.
