<p>No, the special interest form was optional. The personal rec was required. However, I also agree with tzeme, I think you will be fine. You can always call the school and ask them if this will in any way affect your March 10 decision.</p>
<p>The special interest form can take the place of the personal recommendation form. Did you send that in? You could also call the school, as jennycriag said.</p>
