Got a bike?

Would having a bike be really helpful? Do most students have one? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

I guess if you were an engineering student in Forbes it would be the most helpful. The campus isn't that large, though. Of course, I can't really say anything because I've only been there a few times.

Think of rain, wind and snow. They do have buses.

I don't know anyone who uses the buses regularly. Engineers tend to live at the equad, so ...

The buses have limited pick-up/drop-off locations, and the schedule isn't frequent enough to be terribly useful for undergrads. Grad students find it helpful since they stay around their department most of the day, and the grad college is a little further away.

Then what do you use to get around

Your feet. All that time walking is well spent calling your parents and chatting with them from your cellphone:).

It is also healthy.

My son is in Forbes and does use the long walks to call us on his cell:)
