I just checked my grades online, and I found out that my First Semester Grade in AP Calc AB is a D. I am freaking out, and I was wondering what I should do now.

Thanks!

Where did you apply?

Depending on the school, it may or may not be a deal breaker

That is pretty much a deal breaker for most UCs (I think Riverside used to let it slide, but probably not any more).

Talk to your teacher first to find out what went wrong (maybe the teacher put in the wrong grade). If you did poorly in first semester, beg the teacher for extra work and get the grade changed. If that doesn’t happen, start making backup plans.
