Got accepted off waitlist

I have been given admission from of the waiting list. However, I did not take the placement tests because I was unsure about the wait and that my chances were slim to none to be getting in off the waitlist. Because of that, I accepted admission from a state school and I am going to accept to this UC. My question is, is it a problem that I did not take the UC placement test of writing and etc? HELP

I believe you can take the writing exam in the Fall. There are also summer options
