<p>I am in love with the awesome dreadlocked dude in my acceptance video and very psyched about the school in general. VERY NICE.</p>

<p>People keep talking about a video in an email. My daughter hadn’t received any mail yet, the video is on the portal area. I hear it can sometimes take 48 hours or more for the portal area to change.</p>

<p>Does Cal Poly value upward trend GPAs, for example if one achieved a 2.7 sophomore year and a 4.1 junior year? Does Cal Poly look at success in subjects related to major selected?
For example one achieved A’s in every social studies class and declared History</p>
<p>I just rechecked his portal and found the video and all of the changes. Cool! I showed him and he was checking things out. No e-mail yet.</p>
