Got accepted to NYU! Not sure if I should turn NYU down or not. Any advice?

This is a ridiculous amount of debt to take on without the guarantee of a job. Well, to be honest, it is pretty ridiculous period. You will be paying more than $600 each month for ten years (or more) to get rid of it. Google NYU+college+debt and you will find multiple horror tales from the lives of NYU graduates. You need to find a less expensive graduate school program. Wave NYU goodbye, and move on.

Our friends at FinAid.org have a whole bunch of handy calculators that will let you see what your loan payments will come to, and help you determine whether or not the salary you could have straight out of grad school will be enough to help you pay your loans down in a reasonable amount of time.
