Major: Film & Media Studies
GPA: 3.40 TAG
Pre-req: 3/5</p>
<p>School: Davis
Major: Nutrition Science
Missing PreReqs: Econ 1A, Calc 16A-B, Soc 46A
GPA: 3.83</p>
<p>Normally missing prereqs is a big deal.</p>
<p>So why don’t you all please maybe input some extra information about what do you think that MADE the school admit you? Something else might have helped you stand strong without completing prereqs.</p>

<p>^ HAHAH, ditto. I’d imagine having as close to a 4.0 GPA as possible + achieving excellent grades in the pre-requisite courses aided in their admissions, as well as having a strong personal statement and impressive extracurriculars (at least for the UC schools that require them).</p>
<p>@DarKeneD:i am shocked!how the heck did you mananged to get in at UCI?UCI is hard to get in,especially as a bio major in any other UC campus.</p>
<p>by the way,did you have a killer personal statement?if you did.what kind of subjects,topics,ect., did you mention?need help snce I have not done any extra curricular activities at CC or volunteer work.in HS i did but i think its pointless to write that in.i applied to be a cop though.lol.</p>
<p>sorry for bumping this but could some more people who successfully transferred contribute to the topic and possibly say why you got in. (I am assuming everyone did not leave the community after they successfully transferred)</p>
