<p>I got an 11 on my SAT essay, but got a 620. How? Is it an easy fix?</p>

<p>You must’ve done really bad on the multiple choice section then</p>
<p>I kept blowing the essay last year, but I’d get every writing multiple choice question correct.</p>
<p>The essay is only 30% of the Writing score, so an 11 doesn’t necessarily guarantee a high score.</p>
<p>It’s definitely an easy fix. In my opinion, it is harder to teach somebody how to write a high-scoring essay than it is to teach them how to do well on the Writing MC.</p>
