<p>Next time, do not ask for any advice from CCers. I cannot stand cheaters. Go on, and celebrate the fact that you sacrificed your integrity. I pity you, but moreover, I pity your teacher who is being deliberately deceived and the CCers who gave the attention you needed.</p>
<p>Your potential loss of 0.05 GPA was not worth sacrificing your integrity for. It would not have been a “deciding factor” of acceptance or rejection. One of the major virtues that colleges look for in their applicants is “maturity”. Simply by this post, I can assure you that you lack this.</p>
<p>Oh, by the way, it’s hard/impossible to gain back a teacher’s trust after you blatantly cheated.</p>

<p>i only cheat when the teacher walks out of the classroom. thats when everyone quickly asks the smartest person for the answer really quietly then go back to taking the test</p>

<p>I’ve only been caught cheating (sort of) once and I felt so horrible because it was my favorite class and a great teacher and I feel like I let her down. We do daily readings and have a quiz over them. I had left my book at school and not had time to read it. I knew that in all honesty I was one of the only ones in my class that didn’t cheat by getting the answers before hand or something so I tried to like give myselfs hint, because we get the paper back after the notes and do the second half of the quiz. She saw and the talk she gave me was of pure disappointment. I will NEVER cheat ever again. I felt so…horrible.</p>

<p>The title of this thread is “Got Caught Cheating,” not “Regret Cheating.” It’s quite obvious that Smarty was only upset about being caught.</p>
<p>I would feel more bad about cheating than being caught. Whenever I yell at my parents, I feel kinda bad afterwards.</p>
