Hey Abhip ! I am an intnl student from New Delhi who has been admitted to UMN CSE. I, too, didn’t get any info regarding the scholarships. I sent them an e-mail asking the same question which you have posted. I got a reply saying that intl students are notified by the end of march if they have been awarded a scholarship.

Hey thanks for the info.appreciated. I’m Abhi from Jamshedpur,India.Im waiting for more decisions though if however its UMn hope to meet up.Btw if we are accepted at CSE does this mean we’ll get the major we opted for while filling apps for choice here??

For domestic students scholarship information comes after the initial acceptance letter (so does honors program acceptance). I imagine the same is true for international students. The University of Minnesota accepts by college and I believe in at least the vast majority of cases you will be able to major in any major within your college.

Yeah, we have to formally declare our major in the 3rd year.As of now, we have just been admitted into CSE.

shreeman3 have you received the admission package. The tracker says it has been mailed.

No, i think I will probably receive it by this week. Perhaps, I will hear about the scholarship too :/
