Got deferred for UGA

However, I retook the SAT earlier this month and I get my scores back in a few days. I'm pretty sure I got a really high score on math, which was my lowest score (660) on my first SAT. Is there any way I can use the new score/superscore for regular decision, or will my new scores be useless for UGA?

Also, do my chances of admission now pretty much depend on the teacher recommendation and essays?

UGA EA is more selective than regular and many who are deferred will be accepted during RD. Your chances of admission really have not changed much. Admission will still depend significantly on grades and test scores and you can supplement your admission file with new test scores.
