<p>I think it is very difficult for international students to get financial aid. The first thing to do might be to call Chicago and ask their finanicial aid office both the question you asked here AND if they offer significant aid to international applicants. Finally, it is possible that you could still fill out an application for aid and get some.</p>
<p>So call the FA office at Chicago.</p>
