Got into my safety schools. Now what?

Done applying. Now here's the question: are any of these non-safety schools going to accept me?
Bowdoin, Brandeis, Davidson, Duke, Emory, Haverford, Middlebury, Northwestern, Swarthmore, Tufts, U Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Wellesley (EE: 'possible'), WUSTL

Stats:
* 95% GPA UW at magnet school (dropped a point due to first semester senior grades)

* SAT ii's: 740 US, 700 lit, 680 bio, 660 Spanish.
* ACT highest: 36 e/33 m/34 cr/31 sci (trouble is, I unnecessarily sent my composite 31 to a some of the schools! ahh)
* Other: piano (gave a music supplement), civic engagement (MUN/YIG - discussed on common app), green club, university lab work relating to neuropsychiatric disorders, summer job in administration, NHS/Beta

Ah, Bowdoin’s in my top three! or two. Apparently I’m good in the LAC department? hopefully this isn’t b/c of the whole verbal strength stereotype…haha.

Thanks, touhou! You’re a berry strong applicant. Stunning EC’s. And NOT boring ones like those of the rest of us. yup. Chicago’s pretty much in the bag…

Unable to edit original post. Ahem…Forgot one tidbit under my stats-- COURSELOAD (which is important for Davidson, namely): 6 APs this year/11 total.

I based my surefire ‘in’s’ on some of my friends’ acceptances at similar LACs (and Davidson, where he was offered full tuition.), and you’re stats are quite similar :D

Bowdoin - in

mubbloody–do yourself a favor and don’t put much stock in what people tell you about your chances in this thread. Most of them are probably high schools kids like yourself who have no real idea about what your chances are.

thanks, people. @Arcadia: precisely! It’s just…I wanted to know if ANY school at all wouldn’t be a long shot for me.
Hope applying to so many schools w/ such similar acceptance rates ends up paying off.

i would say in / match for like every single one of these schools. duke could be a reach

Believe me, I know exactly how you feel. At the same time, though, you should be able (or at least start to try) judging for yourself if you’re a qualified applicant. Have some confidence in yourself, and say “I can definitely get into these schools,” or even “My chances here could be lower, but I have a shot” :)

Besides, you wouldn’t have applied to the schools if you didn’t think you had at least a ballpark chance, right? (Dream schools obvs don’t always fall into this criteria, though, I get xD)

Haha, it’s the same case with virtually every chance thread on the forum
