Isn't Davis harder to get into anyways?

No, Davis is not harder to get into than SB.

no, you can’t assume that

I don’t know why these guys dismissed your question like that. Going with last year’s data, Barbara had a one percent higher acceptance rate. That being said, one percent isn’t exactly a huge amount, and that was last year. The fact that you did get into Davis does mean that it’s more likely than not for you to get in.

Lots of people from previous years have been accepted at davis and denied at sb. And vice versa.

Yup, like everyone have said, it’s very hard to tell.

The UC system is very “bipolar”. You can get into UCD and get rejected from UCSC and UCI, for example.

You just have to wait and see which campus wants you.

I had a friend last year would got into UCLA, but was rejected to UCSB, UCD, and UCI. And another friend who was accepted to Davis, but rejected from UCLA, UCSD, UCI, and UCSB.

I was accepted to Davis and waitlisted to SB today…it really depends.

I think it depends on which major you are applying to and whether or not it is impacted at that particular university.
