"the school is not able to offer you a place for the coming year at this moment" or sumthin...
I didn't know UT was this hard for internationals,,,
I dun wanna sound like i was boasting, but i am ranked first or second in my school....</p>

<p>just a reference to junior international UT applicants,, UT is much harder to get in than other prestigious public schools, from my experience.</p>

<p>CAP is a program where you attend one of UT's auxiliary schools and then transfer over to the main campus the next year...did the email say if you got cappeD?</p>
