Is there anything I can do to improve my chances? I understand being wait listed means they'll admit if space is available but is ther anything I can do to help my chances? Maybe another essay or professor reccomendation?

I wouldn’t send anything else unless they ask for it. Those considering applications probably have a good idea of what your skills are and are unlikely to consider another recommendation or essay. Just wait it out and hope for the best. If you don’t get in, you can always work towards stellar grades at a different college and try again next year. Good luck.

Thank you for your input. I called them and they said they mainly want to see how I do in my calc III class but I can also send any additional materials. CLA was my second choice college. I am still waiting on Carlson. Assuming I don’t get into Carlson but I get into CLA anyone know what courses I would take if I eventually want to transfer into Carlson? For example, would I be taking classes towards my major at Carlson? I already will have completed 60 credits as a mathematics major. My intended major at Carlson is Finance an Risk Management Insurance. Any input would be great. Thanks!

Just wondering, what were your ACT scores, GPA, and classes?

Im a transfer so I didn’t send ACT scores. My GPA is a 3.4 and I took Calc I II III, Linear Algebra, Physics I and II, Chemistry I and II, Stats I and II, Macro/Micro economics and gen Ed courses.
