GPA (10-12) is 2.14, overall is a 1.94 CHANCE OF GETTING A 3.0 GPA for CSU?

I repeated freshman year at a charter high school but they still factored my grades from my first year of high school, and right now I don't even have an high enough gpa to graduate. But I'm getting my stuff together, and I want to attend a 4 year, and I am currently in my second semester of 10th grade. Can I still do it? I know I'm graduating, but I want to go to a CSU. Do you think I could get my GPA up to a 3.0 by the time I apply for colleges senior year?

Sure, of course, as long as you try.
Freshmen (both, combined) 1.94
Sophomore 3.5
Junior 3.5
Senior 3.5
Gets you to a 3.11/4.0.

Thanks!

I don’t think that CSU includes freshman year in their GPA calculations, at least for California residents.

“An eligibility index is the combination of your high school grade point average (10th, 11th, and 12th grades for all college preparatory courses) and your test score on either the SAT or ACT. (If you apply for admission before you graduate from high school, compute your GPA using grades earned in courses completed after the 9th grade. Do not include grades you expect to earn in courses during the remainder of the 12th grade.) For assistance calculating your own eligibility index, visit CSUMentor.”
