GPA at a non-target

What is their typical “cut-off”, if they employ one?

And if yours is below that, are there any ways to get around that? Major GPA? Last two years? Really good work experience or some other hook?

GPA at a target is about a 3.3-3.5 or higher. Non target would have to be much higher depending on how far behind a target. Not a chance in some cases, unless you know someone.

Interesting. Do many banks have hard cutoffs, or general preferences? Would they toss out an IMO gold medalist with a 3.79 if they wanted a 3.8?
