This is my transcript and I was wondering whether or not USC would count my health grade into my GPA. Also I have no idea how to calculate my USC/UC GPA, can someone help me please. Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks so much!
@Gumbymom Thanks for the quick calculation! Do you know how to calculate like UW and W GPA, like uncapped and such for USC? Or does USC use the same as the UCs?
@ILoveCSE Since USC is not affiliated with the UC system, they have their own ways of weighting and recalculating GPA. For now, use your school granted GPA for USC chances.
@basedchem how do I calculate USC gpa since my school only publishes grades no numbers/gpa.
@ILoveCSE USC does not make that standard available to the public. Your school just sends your grades (the ones you posted above) to the school, and then recalc based on their own standard.
@basedchem But in general, is there a way I can calculate my GPA?
@ILoveCSE I think Cali schools are usually A=4, B=3, etc. regardless of sign.
@ILoveCSE: Use your core course grades: Science/Math/English/Language/Social Science grades from 9-11th grade (excluding PE/Health and possibly College Prep Class- not a UC requirement) plug them into the UC GPA calculator and add no Honors points, this should give you your unweighted academic GPA for USC.
