<p>Yes, every class you take is calculated in your UW GPA…</p>
<p>Of course, why not. You UW GPA is UW because it takes into account all classes equally. Your weighted GPA takes into all classes but some weigh more than others. Every class you ever take will be included in your GPA.</p>
<p>so, an A+ in a half year of phys ed will count equally to a full year of AP chem?</p>

<p>@ OP, yes, an A+ in gym will count the same on your unweighted as AP chem. Physical education can be considered as important as chemistry, especially in the U.S lol.</p>
