GPA confusion

<p>Hi guys!</p>

<p>So I'm a junior in a Canadian high school this year looking forward to applying to some US schools. Will admissions officers look at my high school grades differently since I'm from a different country? I'm still a bit new to this so if anyone could give some feedback I will be very thankful! :) </p>

<p>They will look at your grades in the context of the school. Class rigor and class rank work with your grades to give greater meaning to the info.</p>

<p>what if my school does not give class rank? would that pose a disadvantage of some sort?</p>

<p>Colleges infer the class rank using the HS profile sent with the transcript.</p>
