Each semester since my freshmen year (I am a junior now) my GPA has been going down- from a 4.0 weighted to 3.2 weighted.
Additionally, my sophomore year I took 3 APs and 1 honor class and this year am taking 2 APs, will this hurt me as well?

When you apply sometimes a university will call you and ask you why your grades dropped, why you took less APs, etc. It’s basically a chance to defend yourself. I don’t think taking less APs matters that much. In my senior year I only took 2 APs and the rest were regular classes. Still got into a top university.

Grades going down and taking less rigorous classes will hurt you for more competitive schools. For more traditional directional Us maybe not as much.
