<p>I'm looking at pursuing a masters in electrical engineering at either UCLA, Berkeley or Stanford, I was wondering what is the average GPA for the MASTERS program, I am not looking for a PHD. Also are there any other EE programs that are strong in California? I currently am going to school in Florida but i wanted a change of scenery for grad school. I also know research is important for pursuing a phd but how is it factored in when applying to a masters program?</p>
