GPA for Swiss Student

<p>Hi everyone </p>

<p>I'm a Swiss student and my school grades from 1 to 6.
(6 is the best grade but nearly impossible to achieve for your grade report.)</p>

<p>So my question is, how should I fill out the CommonApp or all the other specific applications about my GPA?
There are a few grade conversion tables online, but in my opinion it's kind of unfair, because it's really hard to get a 6 where I study. </p>

<p>Unless a specific colleges’s application asks you to convert your GPA to a 4.0 scale, report your GPA using the standard of your school.</p>

<p>Most of these universities are familiar with grading systems from various countries and will have no problem interpreting them. Even in the US, there in not a consistency on reporting GPA’s. Don’t worry about it.</p>
