<p>UC GPA (which is weighted GPA of Sophomore+Junior year). Since the averages include recruited athletes, to be competitive at UCB, you should exceed the average. But that is the baseline, a lot of other factors come into play - college you apply to, in/out of state, your EC, your relative strength of course compared to the opportunities at your high school, your high school profile.</p>
