GPA maintenance at Undergrad?

<p>I'm deciding between University of Michigan (Bio-engineering major) and UC San Diego (Bio-chem major).
My goal is to get accepted at a medical school and i understand GPA is very important.
I'm wondering which college will be easier to maintain a higher GPA? </p>

<p><em>Rumors has it that UCSD is a lot harder due to the amount of asians!</em></p>

<p>Both of those schools are really good.</p>

<p>I can’t imagine either of them having an easy path for a higher GPA.</p>
