Hi,
My college GPA is fairly high (> 3.5 in an engineering program at a fairly rigorous school.) Unfortunately my GPA had started really high (nearly 4, then 3.7, then 3.6 etc...) and has been dropping a little every semester. Would that hurt me in my job search and then MBA admissions? The drops aren't tremendous,

I'm always between 4 and 3.3 but I'm going from 4 to 3.3 and it's decreasing because the classes get harder and my motivation gets lower and lower.

The GPA range that you mentioned is fairly typical for engineering majors. It appears to me that as long your GPA will allow you to receive your degree, then your job outlook should be decent. Of course, the higher the GPA, the better. Does it matter for business school admissions? Not really. What matters all comes down to how well you perform at your job, and how well you articulate your reasons for wanting an MBA.
