GPA or SAT?

My stats:

GPA:
3.4 weighted (took mostly honors and APs and got 4 C's)

SAT:
M: 750 CR: 750 W: 740 (not retaking)

SAT2:
Physics: 720 US History: 740
Will take SAT2 Math II (or I) and maybe SAT2 Lit

AP:
US History: probably 4
Will take AP Stat, AP Euro, and AP Physics.

EC:
Playing instrument in orchestras outside school
Summer internship at biochem lab

Other info: Asian and lives in NJ

Here are the schools I want to apply to:
Boston University
Rochester University
Carnegie Mellon
University of Michigan (Ann Arbor)
University of Texas (Austin)
Lehigh University
Rutgers Pharmacy School
Rutgers

What are my chances of getting into each school? Which are my reach schools?

The weird thing is that my SAT scores are pretty strong while my GPA is horrible. Are there any schools that would consider accepting based more on SAT scores?

Your GPA and EC’s make most of those schools reachers or high matches, you may want to consider more safety schools.
