GPA Question: 4 or 5 pt scale?

<p>So, my GPA is as follows.</p>

<p>Weighted: 4.08, Unweighted: 3.96. </p>

<p>Which one should I put on the commonapp? And if it's 4.08, is it still on a 4pt scale or is it now 5pt?</p>
