GPA question

In my home state, an 93 to 100 constitutes an A, which usually carries an UW GPA of 4.0. I have all A's (93+) except one 92. I'd like to know if top collleges calculated GPA according to what the state says you got or according to a 90-100 as an A.

Depends on what your transcript says. For example, my school's transcript that is sent in to colleges consists only of letter grades, so all my 93's show up as A's.
