I know this doesn't exactly fit into this section of the forum, but I couldn't really find where it goes...so...Does everyone have a weighted GPA? Because on report cards and such there is only an UW GPA that is written there. Do all schools have it? Maybe my school just doesn't tell me what it is, but has it. In any case, how do you calculate your Weighted GPA?

Dont stress out about different ways of measuring GPA. Just get as many As as possible and as few of everything else. Your school sends a profile of how they do GPA, class rank, etc. Also, colleges will take your transcript with all your grades and recalculate the GPA taking out non academic classes, and other stuff of the sort.

To answer your question, there is no real answer

My school does it: Honors/AP is out of 5 (A is 5, B is 4, etc) and Regular is out of 4 (A is 4, B is 3). Other schools will do AP out of 5 and Honors and Reugular out of 4.

Oh, um, wouldn't QPA be better than weighted GPA?
