euh… sorry to sound igirant
but can anyone tell me how GPA is sent to colleges?
Guess a betta question would be:
how do colleges see my gpa throughout my school years?

Each college you will apply to will require that your high school sends an official transcript of all your academic work in high school; the transcript will include your GPA.

Through your official school transcript. When they ask for your official transcript, what typically happens is you go to your school office and let your counselor or secretary know and they handle the transcript procedures.

Of course they see the GPA on the offical school transcript. But the GPA is only one number that is made up of more variables, like the courses you took if they were easy A's classes or harder level Honors APs or just harder electives, they also know the schools that are known for under or over inflating GPAs so they take that into account, they also want to see a nice upward thread in your GPA, etc.(GPA is only a part of your application that has to be supported and supports other parts of your application.
