Since my school doesn't do GPA based on a 4.0-scale, and doesn't weight grades, and doesn't rank (what does it do?), I was just wondering how my grades would compare to others. I currently have around a 95-96 GPA unweighted, out of 100. What do you think that would compare to on a 4.0 scale, and out of about 250 students in my grade, where would you expect that to fall (percentage-wise).
Thanks

Simple math says that 96/100 = 3.84/4.00

If your school doesn’t rank, your school doesn’t rank. Penn doesn’t apply rankings if they don’t exist. Also, if you go to a school where everybody has really good grades, you could be in the bottom third; if you go to a school where everybody has really bad grades, you could be in the top 5. How could strangers on an internet forum know more about your classmates than you do? Penn is also smart enough to take the grade scale your school sends to them and evaluate your grades properly.
