<p>Okay for Rice and other schools, do they count the weighted GPA or unweighted? Also, do they count electives and other credits as 4.0 when you get an A? Are the counted in your GPA?</p>

<p>I don't know much but I think all colleges look at unweighted GPA, since some schools don't weight at all, some do a little, and some do a lot. They do take into account AP classes if you did well on the exam though.</p>
