My last 3 years' score report is something like this-
2008 (class 10, finals) = 3.6 (national exam, top 10%)
2009 (class 11, finals) = 2.4 (school exam, school doesn't rank)
2009 (class 12, final year, midyear) = 2.6 (school exam, doesn't rank)
2009 (class 12, final year, unit tests [between midyear and finals]) = 3.2 (school, doesn't rank)
My school is very, very competitive, though that isn't much of an excuse. My next national exam is in March 2010, so I can't wait for that.

My SAT IIs are: Math II, Phy, Chem (800, 770, 790).
SAT I: (Math, CR, Writing = 760, 690, 730), will retake.

My ECs are good, and so are my essays.

If you were an admissions guy reading my score report, and saw the discrepancy between my 10th marks and 11th/12th marks, and my SAT II scores and overall GPA, what would you think? What sort of an explanation would I have to provide? (I haven't got any excuse. The curriculum was tough, and it was hard for me to cope up)
