GPA Study Abroad question (College of Business)

I am planning on minoring in business administration and studying abroad as early as this spring semester. The site (UF Students Study Abroad - School of Business - Warrington College of Business Administration) states that "The Warrington College of Business Administration requires that students be in good academic standing and have a 2.5 OVERALL UF GPA to apply for study abroad in college ." Does this mean we need this GPA by the end of the semester before the planned study abroad semester? or by the time I would apply (which means it would only count my UF GPA from the semesters up to two semesters prior)?

Thanks

my impression was that it was neccessary in order to go abroad with the college’s consent. i’m not involved with this in any way though, so what do i know. this is something you’d call the school for to get the best answer.
