GPA too low for stern?

I'm in the middle of my junior year, and I really want to go to Stern or some business school that's at a similar level. However, I slacked off freshman year and half of sophomore year, so my GPA is very poor (at least compared to Stern applicants who I know). Is my GPA too low for Stern, even with my other stats? Here are my stats:

GPA: 88 UW (freshman and sophomore year) 89.5 W (freshman and sophomore year). I expect my junior year GPA to be at least a 92 weighted. My school doesn't calculate GPA on a 4.0 scale btw.
Rank: My school doesn't do ranking
School: One of the top 10 public schools in the state. Very very competitive.
SAT: 2150 as of now. I will retake it in June and I'm confident I'll get a 2300+
SATIIs: Chem - 790 Math II - 800 Bio M - 800
APs: Music Theory - 4 AP Chem - 5 AP Bio - 5 AP Calc AB - 5 AP Language & Comp - 4
Notes: Many of my AP classes are notorious for grade deflation. For example, most people who take AP biology and chem end up with C+ or B- averages by the end of the year, and get 5s on the AP test. Also, very few people have ever ended up with an A average at the end of the year in AP Language & Comp.

ECs:

-100+ volunteer hours
-I collect and identify samples from nearby streams for an environmental center (or something along the lines of that). Been doing that consistently for over 4 years.
-Founder and president of the street dance club (mostly bboying :D)
-I've been playing piano for over 9 years. I have passed grade 8 (the highest level) in the ABRSM. Also, I've played in Carnegie Hall 6 years in a row (this year will be my 7th), and I was invited to play in a concert in Paris last year. I teach piano as well.
-I have played violin for 6 years, and I've participated in the school orchestra ever since 4th grade (I skipped it freshman year because I had to take some stupid mandatory class). I've also been playing in an ensemble outside of school for over 5 years.
-I am planning on starting a fundraiser for cancer research by selling hats in my school. Although I'm not sure about the outcome, I am pretty confident that it'll turn out okay.

anyone? 10char
