<p>If you are OOS, I don't believe you qualify for Cal Grants, which are for in-state students. GPA verification is needed as part of Cal grants.</p>

<p>You have to renew your FAFSA, as in fill it in again or submit new information, the school automatically sends in the GPA Verification form.
