GPA vs. AP scores

Hi,
I’m an international student and am willing to apply to Boston Univ this fall.
My GPA is 3.9 (unweighted), my SAT reasoning test score is 2180, and I took SAT Subject Test Math Level 2 and World History and got over 750 on both.
The thing is, I have taken 3 AP tests but I got good scores on only two subjects, which are World History and CalculusBC.

When applying to Boston Univ, would my having taken only 3 and excelling on only 2 AP tests adversely affect my chance of getting into the school?

No effect on admissions. You will not get credit for the low AP test subject if you are admitted.
