<p>I depends. I would say that if you are doing some research that will be published then maybe. But that's not to say that you dish out a new one every week. It takes a awhile to experiment; in the project you are in is really involved it can take up to 1+ years. </p>

<p>Generally though, you don't have to write papers for science classes. Unless of course you are taking some graduate level science class which you will have to write a research paper at the end.</p>

<p>So basically what i am saying is that, science majors do not have to write alot, but we do have to memorize everything little detail.</p>

<p>I would say psycology majors write the most. Research papers tend to be longer than the type of papers written for english and psycology research is probably the easiest and most prevelent reasearch in college.</p>
