GPA: Weighted or Unweighted??

I'll be applying to upper ivies and schools like that. Should I use my unweighted gpa of 95.52 or my weighted of 98.76. The weighted clearly looks better, but our school only adds +5 for honors and AP classes and I know that many other schools give a much bigger boost to APs, like 10 points or something (like 1 or 1.5 on the 4.0 scale). Do you think the unweighted gpa would therefore appear more telling and more impressive on my common app?

which should I use and why???

Who knows. All I know is my average is a 98.95, weighted or unweighted, whatever.

There doesn’t look like much of a difference in yours. Unweighted so you don’t look conceited maybe.

any other opinions? also, a 95.52 translates to a 4.0, so even though our school uses the 100 pt scale, do you think I should ask my counselor to write my gpa as 4.0 unweighted as opposed to a 98.76 weighted? I think the 4.0 would be better
