i have a quick quick question when i was a freshman in high school i had a gpa of a 2.3 i know thats not good my sophmore year im doing better. will i be able to bring it up by the time i graduate?

What are you now? a Senior? There is always room/time for improvement as long as it’s not the month before school ends. Colleges will overlook weak and shaky starts if you show them an upward trend in GPA or a nice plateau of consistency with few negative deviations. If there were any extenuating circumstances that you want a college to know about like sick family member or a death that affected your grades have your Guidance Counselor make a call.

No matter what grade you are in now there is still a chance to bring up your gpa since it is an average of all your grades in high school.

If you take a weighted class like honors/ap and do well in them,of course you can get your gpa up
