<p>You want recommendations for colleges? Your home state and your budget are a minimum, and ECs if applicable. Then I could give you some recommendations and target test scores for each.</p>
<p>It would be fine for many in state public schools although may not be the flagship ones.</p>
<p>a 3.0 weighted gpa is not that great, i would aim for a 3.5 for most in state schools but a 3.0 would not be suitable for an out of state school</p>
