Gpa

What is the GPA scale the Michigan uses to transform the letter grade to a number out of 4.0? (The actual classes at michigan, not for admissions to the school)

You can find it online at the UM website, but I believe LS&A is:
2.3 - C+
2.7 - B-
3.3 - B+
3.7 - A-
4.0 - A and A+ (unless in B-School where A+ apparently counts as 4.4 according to one CCer)

I was looking on the site and it talked about honor point values...what does that mean?

That is your grade times your credits. For example, if you receive a B in a 4 credit hour class, you recieve 12.0 Michigan honors points.
