<p>Does taking grad courses help w/ med school admissions or is it a risky endeavor if you don't do well, you may not be accepted? Are grad courses looked favorably upon?</p>

<p>I forget who's in charge of beating the Take Courses To Do Well drum, but their line is basically this:</p>
<p>Medical schools, in general, don't care how hard a course is. They just want to see you do well. Hard courses and mediocre grades don't impress anyone - if anything, they might actually hurt.</p>
