<p>We have to signup for and pay for Grad Night during school registration (next week). They never tell us where it's going to be until you actually get on the bus after graduation (no camera, cell phones, etc). I heard they usually suck, a couple years ago they did a "casino night" in a hanger at the airport. Last year though, they got Knotts Berry Farm pretty much just to ourselves. Does anyone elses school do this? I kind of want to go, but don't want to waste the money (almost 200$) if it's going to suck...</p>

<p>^ Really? Lucky! What kind of places do you guys go? I live in Ohio not too far from the infamous Cedar Point so it’s always kind of an informal, on our own tradition thing that all seniors after prom get cabins at Put-in-Bay or hotels at CP itself and spend the weekend there with friends and that following Monday.</p>

<p>in my school we have senior trips, BBQs and prom. we also have a few picnics organized by the students, but go ahead and have fun. with all the hard work after the first half of the year…trust me, you need to let it all out.</p>

<p>That’s exactly what it is. At my school the hold grad night right after graduation in order for it to be “sober fun”. It’s dumb, although my class will go because it is the tamest class of nerds I have ever seen.</p>
<p>My school doesn’t do that. They have an ‘after prom’ thing, and a student barbecue the week leading up to graduation, but nothing after graduation. Well, except a few days later you have to go back in to get your real diploma.</p>
