Grad School Admission (Please Help me)

I am a resident of Pakistan. I recently completed my bachelors (computer science) from one of the best computer science schools in pakistan.

My Final CGPA is 2.3. Only because i worked 40 hours a week to support the fees. And also the grading system of our system is ... amm unique. 20-30 Fs per course are pretty common. Average marks in a course might get you a C. I hope you get the picture.

Now i know with this gpa i won't be able to get into any university in the world.(if anybody knows any please please do let me know). So now i have started my masters from another university in Pakistan. After first year (2 semesters) my gpa is 3.5.

With a good GRE score (and an year of professional experience in Software industry):

Question 1: Can i get into a Masters in CS program with my Grad GPA of 15 credit hours?
Question 2: Can i get into a good Masters CS program with a graduation in CS already and a very good Grad gpa.

I am looking at universities in Australia and US.

I would really really appreciate your help people. Please do guide me, i do not have any other place to ask for help.

Graduate schools aren’t going to care about WHY you got the grades you did. They care only about the grades.

That said, I understand that you’re grading system is different. Most US universities, particularly if they have accepted your countrymen before, understand the differences and will view your grades accordingly. But if your grades are bad by Pakistan standards, then you’ll be in trouble.
