Grad school: MIT, Ivy League?

I'm currently a third year undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University majoring in biochemistry, and am set to graduate in 4 years. Although I am not certain where I want to go for graduate school, my goal is to go straight into a Ph.D. program for biochemistry or medicinal chemistry if it's possible. My cell & molec. professor believes that I have should look into elite schools such as those in the Ivy league and MIT.

Here are my stats:
Degree pursued: ACS approved B.S. in Chemistry: extended Biochemistry
Additional minor: Math
GPA: 3.96

Upon graduation I will have completed 3 semesters organic chemistry; 2 semesters of physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and biochemistry; and one semester of analytical and instrumental. I'm currently in a graduate level o-chem class and plan to take at least one other graduate course before graduating.

Research experience:
Since spring semester of 2007 (freshman year) I have been in an inorganic synthesis lab, and have worked in the lab both summers since I started.
I have presented a poster at the 2008 Western Regional ACS conference and will hopefully be presenting at the National ACS conference in March 2009.
I plan on changing labs my senior year to gain additional research experience.

Scholarships:
Beckman Foundation Scholar's program recipient
NAU Parents Association scholarship
Avis Company scholarship through the National Merit Scholarship program
Multiple small department scholarships

Extracurriculars:
By the time I graduate I will have volunteered assistant teaching a kids' fencing class for two years.
Historical fencing, attended the International Sword-fighting and Martial Arts Conference (ISMAC) summer 2008 and participated in an "international historical fencing competition."
Apprentice & protege in the Society for Creative Anachronism.
French & Indian War recreation.

In addition to these stats, what do you think I'll need to score on my general GRE's and my chemistry subject GRE?
I would appreciate anyone's opinion.
