Grad School Prep

Hey everyone, this is my first post on this site. Anyway, here's my question.

I'm currently a sophomore (in college) and will major in business economics next year. After I graduate, I hope to attend a grad school and obtain a joint JD/MBA degree.

I understand that I have to apply to both the school's MBA and JD school if they have a joint degree program. I also know I have to take the GMAT and LSAT. My question is, how and when should I start preparing for my apps? When should I take my tests and how long should I study for both of them? Have any of you traveled this route?

And for the top tier schools, what is the average GPA and test scores to get in?

Thanks

bump, thanks noobcake, but anyone have anything else to add?

Don’t know about specifics, but I know someone who had a perfect 4.0 at Rutgers and got accepted into Harvard Law. Don’t know about his LSAT score though (law school test right?)
